These terms govern access to Xenn services, including uploads, publishing workflows, subscriptions, and optional Web3 features.

Acceptance and Eligibility

By using Xenn, you agree to these Terms and related policies. Platform use is restricted to users 18 years of age or older.

Eligibility and Accounts

Users are responsible for the accuracy of account information and for maintaining account security. Account access may be restricted when misuse, fraud, or policy violations are detected.

User Content and Ownership

Users retain ownership of original content they upload. By uploading, users grant Xenn a non-exclusive license to host, process, stream, and display content through platform features selected by the user.

Subscriptions and Tiers

Subscription plans renew automatically unless canceled. Billing is processed by Stripe. Tier access and feature eligibility may change based on account standing, payment status, and product updates.

Web3 Features

Blockchain and token features are optional and used at user risk. Network conditions, gas behavior, and chain-level outcomes are outside Xenn operational control.

Moderation and Enforcement

Content may be reviewed for policy compliance, including copyright, abuse, and illegal material checks. Xenn may suspend, remove, or restrict content that violates platform rules.

Payments and Commercial Features

Commercial features, including subscriptions, payouts, and creator sales, are subject to payment processor terms and platform policies. Fees, timing, and eligibility may vary by account status and region.

Termination and Liability

Xenn may suspend or terminate accounts that violate policy or law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability is limited to direct damages. Indirect and consequential damages are excluded.

Governing Law and Disputes

These terms are governed by Delaware law. Disputes may be resolved through arbitration processes described in the formal legal package.

Reporting and Disputes

Policy issues, content disputes, and takedown requests can be reported through support channels. Xenn may request supporting evidence before taking action.
