What users can do
- Signed-in users can create playlists with a title and description, then inspect them from one manager surface.
- Each playlist can be toggled between public and private visibility.
- The manager can search the user library, including uploaded and synced media, and add those items into the selected playlist.
- The page supports staged adds passed by query string, track removal, and manual up or down reordering inside the playlist.
